LIVE: PM Modi lays foundation stone, inaugurates development works in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

In his address while launching multiple development works in Varanasi, PM Modi said that this was his first visit to the holy city following Operation Sindoor. He asserted that during Operation Sindoor, the world witnessed the Rudra form of India. The PM announced that ₹21,000 crore had been transferred to the bank accounts of 10 crore farmers across the country under the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme.
