Resepi kali ini ialah roti yang beraneka jenis dengan pelbagai inti dan topping yang terdiri dari sosej, ham ayam, keju dan mentega bawang putih, dengan 5 jenis kesemuanya hanya menggunakan satu doh roti asas. Memang teramat mudah untuk menyediakan roti beraneka rasa yang ala bakeri ni terutamanya kalau uli pakai breadmaker. Roti ini juga menjimatkan masa dengan hanya sekali proofing. Saya menggunakan bread improver untuk resepi ini memandangkan stok bread improver ada banyak di rumah, anda boleh abaikan saja jika tiada stok sebab roti masih juga lembut.

Jumlah Hidangan : 16 keping roti
❤DOH ROTI :
125 ml susu segar/susu penuh krim/susu sejat (sejuk) | 1/2 cawan
80 ml air sejuk | 1/3 cawan
1 biji telur gred A
7 gram yis kering segera | 2 & 1/2 sudu teh
24 gram gula halus | 2 sudu besar
285 gram tepung roti | 2 & 1/4 cawan
125 gram tepung gandum | 1 cawan
6 gram bread improver | 1 & 1/2 sudu teh *optional
7 gram garam | 1 & 1/4 sudu teh
15 ml minyak sayuran | 1 sudu besar
45 gram mentega (lembutkan)/ marjerin | 3 sudu besar
❤❤ROTI TUNA : 1 tin kecil tuna flakes + 3 sudu besar mayonis - (4 KEPING)
❤❤ROTI HAM BERKEJU : 3 keping ham ayam, mayonis, parutan keju Mozzarella, parsley kering - (3 KEPING)
❤❤ROTI SOSEJ : 3 sosej, sayur campuran, sos cili, mayonis - (3 KEPING)
❤❤ROTI GULUNG BAWANG PUTIH : 45 gram mentega bergaram (lembutkan) + 1/4 st parsley + 1 ulas bawang putih - (3 KEPING)
❤❤ROTI MINI PIZZA : Sos pasta, 2 sosej, 6 buah olive hitam, parutan keju Mozzarella - (3 KEPING)
❤GLIS TELUR: 1 biji telur + 1 sb susu
SUHU MEMBAKAR : 190℃ | 375℉ selama 20 ke 25 minit, rak tengah, api atas bawah. Ketuhar dipanaskan selama 10 minit.

This time we're sharing how to make assorted savory breads with just one dough. We have 5 types of breads with different toppings/fillings and shape. It is easy to make especially when you use breadmaker to knead the dough, and it is time saving too since this recipe requires only one time proofing! For extra soft bread, I use bread improver for this recipe since I still have the stock at home, but you're free to omit this if you don't have any and your breads will still soft.

Yield : 16 pieces
❤BREAD DOUGH:
125 ml chilled fresh milk/evaporated milk/full cream milk | 1/2 cup
80 ml chilled water | 1/3 cup
1 large egg
24 grams fine sugar | 2 tbsp
7 grams instant dry yeast | 2 tsp
285 grams bread flour | 2 & 1/4 cups
125 grams all purpose flour | 1 cup
6 grams bread improver | 1 & 1/2 tsp * optional
7 grams salt | 1 & 1/4 tsp
15 ml vegetable oil | 1 tbsp
45 grams softened butter/margarine | 3 tbsp
❤❤TUNA BUNS : 1 small can tuna flakes + 3 tbsp mayonnaise - (4 PIECES)
❤❤HAM & CHEESE BREADS : 3 slices chicken ham, mayonnaise, grated Mozzarella cheese, dried parsley - (3 PIECES)
❤❤SAUSAGE BREADS : 3 sausages, mixed veggies, chili sauce, mayonnaise - (3 PIECES)
❤❤GARLIC BREAD ROLLS : 45 grams softened salted butter + 1/4 tsp dried parsley + 1 clove grated garlic - (3 PIECES)
❤❤MINI PIZZA BREADS : pasta sauce, 2 sausages, 6 black olives, grated Mozzarella cheese -( 3 PIECES)
❤EGG WASH : 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk
BAKING TEMPERATURE : 190℃ | 375℉ for 20 to 25 minutes at center rack, top & bottom heat mode. Oven is preheated for 10 minutes.
