Cleveland weather: Scattered snow on Saturday with falling PM temperatures

Cleveland weather forecast for Friday, January 16, 2026.

The weekend will be filled with a series of weak troughs sliding east through Northern Ohio. A cold front will pass through on Saturday morning. Widespread snow will spread in through midday. Many locations will pick up an inch to 2 inches.

Sunday will be mainly quiet and frigid. Highs will be mainly in the teens. Another reinforcing shot of Arctic air will arrive late Sunday. This will introduce real Polar-like air from Monday into Tuesday.

Overall highs will struggle to get out of the low 10s. Dangerous wind chills well below zero are likely beginning Monday afternoon. By Tuesday morning, wind chills could drop to -20 or -25 degrees in some spots across Northern Ohio!
