We fake small talk, we hide behind safe words, we get exhausted pretending, and deep down we crave something real: to be seen, to be heard, and yes, to be loved for who we actually are. But here’s the thing — if you never show people the real you, if you never practice honesty, if you never speak your real values, then how can anyone truly know you? This video is my reflections on why we feel misunderstood, why social media leaves us lonely, and why “being nice” is often just another mask.
