Day 6: Summer ‘25 Vegas Vlog | Slot Wins at Aria | Fremont Street | Late Night at the Chandelier Bar

On our last full day in Vegas we slept in once again--we definitely needed to after the wild night we'd had the night before! We had a full breakfast delivered to the room once again and thoroughly enjoyed it while we eased into the day watching a classic movie on TV: The Godfather.

Then we headed downstairs later in the afternoon to play slots for awhile, and things turned around for me finally--I had some good luck and nice wins on some old favorites, Wonder Woman and Deep Sea Magic. After awhile we headed to the High Limit Bar at Aria to enjoy two expertly prepared Sidecars, and then we took advantage of the Tower Suites Lounge one last time to have some snacks and lattes before we took a taxi downtown.

Our first stop downtown was El Cortez, and it was hopping on a busy Friday night. I settled in to the original slot area to play some nickel video poker machines I hadn't seen before and was thrilled to get some decent wins that kept me playing for quite some time. I realized belatedly that I didn't even make it over to the newly renovated section of El Cortez, although that may have been for the best since I didn't have any luck there the last time. I was hoping to see El Cortez Adam, though!

Meanwhile, Mr. E had a massive $1,007.00 win on a $5.00 bet/5 cent denom Spooky Link game somewhere at El Cortez! Of course he didn't film it but at least he sent me a photo. It's posted it on our Instagram at ellabellita_loves_slots--make sure to check it out and follow us there, too!

Afterwards we walked down Fremont Street and took in all the sights, sounds, and smells of Friday night, lol! We stopped in at the D to check out Fremont Street from the second floor balcony and played slots for awhile, then just meandered around as one does, listening to the Friday night bands and people watching. Finally, as always, we ended up at Circa and stopped in to check on our always surprisingly generous comps. We used them to buy two delicious cocktails at Vegas Vickie's and then played slots and video poker for awhile. No big wins at Circa but it's always such a vibe and we enjoy it.

We had to leave early-ish the next morning to drive back to LA in time to see the Rams' preseason game vs. the Chargers at SoFi Stadium, so we tried to wrap things up after Mr. E made his obligatory stop at Pinkbox to grab a doughnut. However, we ended up taking a cab to the Cosmo and miraculously found two seats at the Chandelier Bar. Vegas, we just can't quit you! We chatted with some very interesting folks and enjoyed a couple more cocktails while I blew the last of my Vegas budget playing video poker and keno and then staggered back over to the Aria to get as much sleep as we could. If you watch all of the videos on our channel you'll see that we were quite late getting to SoFi the next day since Mr. E decided he had to do some more work in Las Vegas before we left in the morning, and of course we didn't leave the room as early as we should have. Alas. At least we got there in time for the second half so we could see the Rams make an awesome comeback to win the game!
