HEYOOO! We are documenting our 75-DAY community challenge that we started. The daily rules are:
-1 workout (at least 45 mins)
-Read 10 pages a day
-1 hour of passion work
-1 GOOD DEED
-Follow a diet
-Drink 1 gallon of water
-Take weekly progress photos
I've attempted 75 Hard 3x and failed every time. I know with the community by my side, the outcome will be different.
