Pokemon Masters EX - 15000 pts Champion Stadium - Week 11/10/25

I'm playing Pokemon Masters, a mobile gacha game set on the island of Pasio. Collect many Pokemon waifus and husbandos and participate in unique battles involving sync pairs.

Two things to mention. First, this is my first Pokemon Masters video being recorded on my new iPad (I recorded on a iPad mini before but that was a while ago). I've had this iPad for a while, but I would rather record on my phone. But as you may know, by phone's lightning port just doesn't work anymore. It only charges when I use a proper Apple cable, and now it doesn't even want to send a video signal to my laptop to screen record. Last week I probably tired plugging in my phone like 50 times just to get the video connection. Now, it just doesn't want to do it anymore, so I'll have to record on iPad from now on. The video dimensions will be a bit different, and might even look better on YouTube. But I like playing Pokemon Masters on my phone, which is why I prefer to record these videos on my phone.

Second, I scouted for Academy Jasmine (scouted off camera but got 1 copy after 6000 gems). The main reason for this was for Pasio Towers, as I needed a good bug support and a good fire support (Academy Hugh and Pignite). While Academy Jasmine is supposed to be specifically special bug support, I wanted to try to use her with physical bug attacks. And she sucks with them. Granted, that was literally my first time using her (I didn't target her trainer move correctly), but she isn't very good at 1/5 copies because she doesn't heal and her Johto Circle is too short. She doesn't even tank that well, as she just lost a lot of health during that battle even before the second sync move. I'll probably end up upgrading her to 3/5 for better heals (she can heal the while party after every attack) and longer Circle (which also makes her attack more for free). Unlocking her EX role might also make her a lot better, as she gets a sizable stat increase as well as summoning Bug Zone.
