What is the fastest way to get a shiny Bulbasaur?
well I think I might have founds the way!
In the DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you can encounter every starter Pokémon in the wild. And the spot where you can find Bulbasaur is special.
It is the only grass type to spawn in that area.
SO! by using the sandwich method, you can make a grass type sandwich and manipulate the environment to spawn only Bulbasaur.
