½ tablespoon crushed red chilies
½ tablespoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon black pepper
Powdered Spices
½ tablespoon chat masala
½ tablespoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon Salt
Balochi Chicken Tikka Karahi
1000 gram chicken pieces, (karahi cut)
1 ½ cup water
1 teaspoon salt
Oil to fry
2 lemons sliced
6-8 chilies halved
1 inch ginger chopped
5 cloves garlic chopped
2-3 tablespoon lemon juice
