The intercession of a mother is powerful. Jesus prays to his mother for his faithful. As with many things, let us entrust our hearts to the heart of Mary. Our Blessed Mother has made possible a worthy devotion to the Heart of Jesus.
Join us as we embrace this new year and ask for the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes upon St. Sharbel Parish and the universal church. Let us pray to the divine presence of Christ. With gratitude, we look upon the blessings received, and the lessons through trials encountered. May these times be marked with blessings and given to the Lord.
Our Blessed Mother is a powerful intercessor in the Catholic faith. When we go to her, she answers. With pure purposes, we are given a calling. It is through devotion to the Heart of Jesus this occurs. One powerful way to do this is through praying the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary. In these prayers, each person learns what it means to be a child of God.
