Little Nordica Theme Park is on top of the world to be announcing, well, Top of the World! One of two attractions to be added in the Norwegian-themed Bryggen midway at the back of the park, Top of the World is set to be an exhilarating family thrill attraction that simulates the breathtaking sensation of parasailing on a Nordic cruise. 🪂🌍🏞🌌🌄🌬🛳
Called a flying theater, this attraction style accommodates guests in minimalistic seating configurations before lifting them before a massive projection screen. As a movie shows incredible footage of the Norwegian coast from above, Top of the World will pitch, yaw, and swing riders to evoke in the brain the sensation of flight. With how tame the experience is compared to what it simulates, this is the perfect attraction to send your family, kids, coaster chickens, and grandparents alike, home with an incredible memory you've all forged together.
Parasailers will queue below the decks of the cruise ship before strapping in beneath a massive mechanical frame evocative of commercial seafaring equipment. With only a simple seatbelt, they will rise up to six stories before hovering high over an icy mountain, swooping under a fjord bridge, skimming the waves of the North Atlantic, and even get a glimpse of the Northern Lights. Fog, snow machines, and LED lighting effects will bring your Norse parasail journey to life!
