This video is a lower body #basketball workout I did with @ByAnyMeansBasketball in Miami. We started with a full warm up and then did some full body mobility work to loosen up.
We progressed to some low level plyos and then to some glute activation. From there we worked on a single leg balance exercise that includes some basketball specific movement and core stabilization.
We then progressed to two different core stabilization exercises and then progressed to more leg specific stuff. We got into some deceleration both on a single leg and both legs work. Then got into some trap bar jumps to work on explosiveness. We finished with some single leg RDLs to supplement some posterior chain work.
