Learning Sitar: Combining Alankar-s - Dr. Ragini Trivedi at Darshanam

From being early exercise for beginner, Alankar-s are musical beads, which on proper threading deliver a designer's necklace. Dr, Ragini Trivedi teaches the methodology of employing Alankar to attain perfection in playing the instrument. Mizrab Bol-s are easy to write using Ome Swarlipi, the digital notation system. Students are given Alankara-s and Raga notations in this easy to read Swarlipi.
Darshanam with its motto: "Sitar in every Willing Hand" and Madhukali with project, "Preservation through Education" organize 4 day workshop for Sitar enthusiasts at Amruta Pune.
