Most of the other videos you'll find on YouTube on how to get into Cambridge are from individual students who tell you about their own individual experience. This one, instead, gives you the inside scoop, from someone who sits on the other side of the table and looks at over a hundred applications every year: a Cambridge Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Technology, whose jobs include admitting people to one of the Colleges to study Computer Science (Trinity College specifically, but the process is similar at the other colleges).

I explain why brilliant people should aspire to study computer science at Cambridge, how the admissions process works, from beginning to end, and finally I tell you what we look for in your applications and interviews.
