Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 20 - Motor Engine First Start! Cylinder Head Timing Exhaust Carburetor

Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 20 - Assembly - Will it run? First kick attempt today! Does it run? We will be kicking it over for the first time. (videos coming fast so subscribe to keep notified). In this video we will be finishing up the motor engine top end and and torqueing all the motor mounts. We will also timing the camshaft and adjusting the valve clearance by installing the cylinder head, head gasket, cylinder head cover, breather cover, breather tube, carburetor, throttle, and cam chain tensioner (timing chain tension). Then we will install the shifter, kickstarter (kicker), muffler, exhaust pipe, air box, and temporary gas tank (fuel tank). We will be replacing and torqueing (torque) to spec all of the nuts, bolts, thrust washers, collars, bushings, adjusters, springs, seals, crush washers, circlips, snap rings, clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets. The cylinder head, cylinder head cover, and breather cover were all chemically stripped of the black paint by "Xpress Metal Cleaning" and then vapor blasted by "Vapor Blasting by Design LLC", (both located in Phoenix, AZ).
