Getting to do this with Nina was extra special because a year ago I wouldn't have dreamed of doing this in front of anybody. Being vulnerable around people is scary for me, but also just LOVING things in front of people is an extra scary type of vulnerable (gotta love all the residual shame leftover from all the times someone made us feel bad/ weird/ stupid for loving something). I hope watching with us brings you the soft, safe space that I've been so fortunate to realize I have when I'm with Nina.
