The scariest thing in the world to us is the judgment of others.

But let’s stop for a second and ask why?

Why are we so afraid?

Ah, it is because on some level we believe those judgments are true.

But what if we were okay with those judgments OR we didn’t believe they were true?

Either way, we would be fine then, wouldn’t we?

So it all boils down to how well we know ourselves and how much we accept ourselves.

Once we do, the fear of another’s opinions about us fades away.
