The Fall Fantasy: Of Barns & Briars update (Patch 0.195) has finally arrived in Palia, and it’s absolutely packed with new features! The highly anticipated Ranching skill is here, letting you raise and breed animals like Pekis, Trufflets, Ormuus, and Bumbles right on your own ranch. Build barns, care for your animals, discover hundreds of unique traits, and even earn treats and skill medals through weekly challenges. You can unlock up to 30 animals, collect resources like eggs, milk, mushrooms, and honey, and even bring your favorite companions into the world as pets with the new Handler’s Licenses.

But that’s just the start. This patch also introduces Home Lines with the debut of the spooky-chic Alchemist’s Cottage, giving you multi-level building, indoor stairs, open patios, and more modular housing options than ever before. There are 3 new Friendship Quests with The Gardener, County Fair bulletin board quests, over 200 new daily quests, Tailor Tickets to unlock 3,000+ new hair and makeup colors, a brand-new Rancher’s Decor set, and a collection of adorable new plushes — including 10 shiny potato pods. Plus, autumn has arrived in Kilima with beautiful seasonal visuals. This is easily Palia’s biggest update yet, so let’s break it all down together!
