This has got to be the most pristine Montgomery KONE elevator I have ridden to date. All the other ones I have been on are either scratched up, runs terribly, makes terrible shaft noises, and has broken buttons. This elevator has some questionable noises, but it runs flawlessly and looks like it was installed a couple of years back, even though it was installed in 1997. It also had a pretty nice submersible motor.
