Walnuts are known for it's many health benefits, and are rich in omega-3 fats, and contain higher amounts of antioxidants than most other foods. Eating walnuts improves brain health and may prevent heart disease and cancer.
Substituting animal milk with Walnut milk, can benefit you in many ways and value to your wellness journey.
How To Make Walnut Milk:
Step 1: Soak your walnuts overnight in spring water
Step 2: Drain the soaked walnuts and wash it with spring water
Step 3: Put the walnuts in a blender
Step 4: You can add sea salt, dates or any other sweetener (Agave, Date syrup etc.)
Step 5: Blend everything together
Step 6: Strain the blended ingredients in a Nutmeg bag or cheese cloth
Step 7: You can repeat step 6, until the consistency is smooth and liquified.
Step 8: Refrigerate the milk
You can add the walnut milk in your smoothies, cereals, or herbal tea blends.
