We’re replacing the control arm bushings in our Polaris UTV in this video from Partzilla.com. This Polaris Ranger 800 Crew needs a lot of work on the front end: wheel bearings, ball joints, and today, an A-arm bushing replacement.

John will show you how to disassemble the front suspension. We’ll remove the wheel and the brake caliper before digging down and removing the control arms on this Polaris Ranger. Because of the location of the front bolt on the bottom control arm, we’ll need to remove the bumper, and
John will guide you through how to remove the bumper on your Polaris Ranger Crew.

With the control arms removed, we’ll replace the A-arm bushings and replace the A-arms on the Ranger. Then, we’ll get the rest of the corner of this UTV put together again.
