How to find a Parasitic Draw in any vehicle! Simple Easy and Save a Costly trip to the repair shop!

I have a vehicle which had the windows left down in a horrible rainstorm. Since then, the battery keeps going dead if you don't drive it or at least start it up and let it recharge every few days. Before the battery would sit for months with no issue. So, this vehicle has developed the dreaded Parasitic Draw. I'm going to go through the steps I used to Isolate and find the issue.
I'm not a car mechanic, this is just the way that I use to identify electrical issues in any vehicle.
I used the cheapest Multimeter I could find; I think I paid 5 or 6 dollars for this. but doing this can save you lots of money by not having to take your vehicle to a costly repair shop. Plus, in my case, after I found what was causing the issue, I can just replace it and skip the repair shop altogether.
