Is it Treasure or Trash? Unboxing Old Woodworking Tools

I came across a box of old woodworking tools from an old cattle ranch. The treasures included two old hand planes, two bit and brace sets, one Cummins drill from 1949, some old spade bits, two large files, and of course an essential for every woodworking shop... meat hooks.

The planes are a Stanley Number 4 and a small block plane.

Some of it is in good shape, some needs a significant cleanup job done. I would love to hear from you what I should focus on first.
