Thoracic Segmental Spinal Anaesthesia for LSCS Patients.. at the level of T8-T9 , 1ml of 0.5%Heavy Bupivacaine with 12.5 mcg Fentanyl given. patient had initially mild lower limb weakness. After surgery B/L TAP Block was given with MMA. one HR after surgery patient was able to sit without support comfortably and pain free.
