INGREDIENTS LIST:
1/2 small yellow onion
6 med to large garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups or 67 g spinach
2 pints (20 oz) or 566 g cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup or 100 mL extra virgin olive oil
8 oz or 200 g Greek sheep's milk feta cheese
10 oz or 284 g favorite noodle (I used penne pasta)
Pasta water as needed
7 to 8 medium to large basil leaves (5 g or .2 oz)
Baking pan 13x9 in or 33x23 cm
400 F or 204 C
Bake 35 to 40 mins
