Eight weeks ago, I left my corporate job to start over completely. In this video, I’m sharing the 8 biggest lessons I’ve learned since quitting: from health, happiness and heart rate, to the emotional realities no one talks about.

It’s a personal one, and honestly I feel scared to hit publish on it - but I’m committed to documenting this messy transition as openly as I can. Not just the highs, and the wins, and the smiles, and the bits that look good on social media... but the worries, and issues, and tears too.
