In this video, my client Emmy came in all the way from Arizona to get a bodywork session to help alleviate some of her issues that she was having. She didn't know what to expect as it had been so long since her last session. In this part of the session, we worked on the other side of her upper body, mainly traps, shoulders, and neck to get all of her muscle tension out. I had to dig deep into her scapula in order to release the knot that was stuck in there. I utilized a combination of cupping therapy, graston techniques, and massage therapy to help alleviate all the issues.
