The letter ق is unique in its body as no other letter shares it. The head is shared with the letters و and ف which you can review in either of those videos.
The key aspect that makes the ق body unique is where the base of the body meets the line. It is a 1/4 and 3/4 split, unlike the ن / س / ص bodies that are a 1/3 and 2/3 split.
