The most beautiful place in Laos and possibly the most beautiful waterfall in the world? Kuang Si Waterfalls, Luang Prabang, Laos.

After sadly putting Thailand behind us, we had moved onto our next country on the list.. Laos.
Starting out Laos journey in Luang Prabang and visiting what some people say is the most beautiful waterfall they have ever seen.. Kuang Si Falls.

Although it is not the biggest or most powerful, its multiple tiers and turquoise clear waters really make it an incredible sight to experience and serve as a lovely way to cool off after boiling in the hot Laos sun all day long. If you are planning to take a trip to Laos, I would highly recommend stopping in Luang Prabang to check out the absolute wonder that is Kuang Si Falls.

After getting our toes wet and just generally being amazed by the sheer beauty of the Kuang Si Falls, we decided to check out the sunset at Mount Phousi - which was impressive but unfortunately there were far too many tourists there to really take it in.

Finally we decided to end the night with some drunk bowling and archery at the local bowling alley, the only place in Luang Prabang that stays open past midnight! So naturally it was quite a popular spot.. I wouldn't say alcohol and archery are a good mix but thankfully no one got hurt haha.
