End of breakfast service, straight into lunch prep — with only one hour to get ready.
In today’s POV kitchen video, I make a simple mushroom paprikash with nokedli, cooked fast and served as a lunch special during roast dinner day.
The nokedli is fried in butter on the grill, topped with rich mushroom paprikash, roast meat of choice (pork, beef, turkey or ham), finished with red onion, sour cream and paprika — classic Hungarian flavours, served canteen-style.
This was comforting, honest and full of flavour.
No gimmicks, no influencer nonsense — just real food, real service, and a busy kitchen POV.
