Mall of Istanbul, Turkey's largest domestic shopping mall investor, developed by Torunlar GYO with an investment of 1.3 billion Turkish Lira, has started welcoming visitors. Mall of Istanbul brings together various functions under one roof, including 350 stores, thousands of brands, Europe's largest indoor amusement park, Moi Park, and gourmet flavors like Gusto Moi, as well as Moi Sahne, the new stage of art.
Aziz Torun, Chairman of Torunlar GYO, said, "Mall of Istanbul is a project that reflects our 15 years of experience and knowledge in the retail sector. With its functional diversity, easy accessibility, size, content, and promise of a vibrant lifestyle, Mall of Istanbul will become Istanbul's shopping center."
Mall of Istanbul, Turkey's second-largest shopping mall developed by Torunlar GYO, has opened. Located on Prestij Yolu (formerly known as Basın Ekspres), connecting Atatürk Airport to TEM Highway in Başakşehir, one of Istanbul's developing regions, Mall of Istanbul stands out as Turkey's most functional shopping mall with its concept and various units it hosts.
Aziz Torun, Chairman of Torunlar GYO, emphasized the importance of content richness in shopping mall investments during the opening of Mall of Istanbul. Torun stated, "We are experiencing a new era in shopping mall investments, where content richness is now at the forefront, for sustainable visitor numbers and tenant interest. We are currently in a period where the location, store mix, and architecture of shopping malls are gaining more significance, becoming a preferred destination with meaningful content. Today, shopping malls play important roles as centers of modernity, advancement, socialization, cultural and educational development. They have become arenas for fashion, technological advancements, and competition in every field. With this understanding, we designed and developed Mall of Istanbul. With its functional diversity, easy accessibility, size, content, and promise of a vibrant lifestyle, Mall of Istanbul will become Istanbul's shopping center.
