Today, we're diving into 1 Corinthians, and possibly maybe one of the shortest sentences in the book of Corinthians, but it packs a powerful punch.
Hearing God is faithful, can easily go over our heads, but when we experience that faithfulness it feels a lot different than reading it, doesn't it?
God's faithfulness means we have huge weight taken off of us and that we don't have to try so hard to "keep" our salvation, because it is God and His faithfulness that called us, so it is God and His faithfulness that will keep us. It's out of this faithfulness that we do any works, not because the works save us, but because the works are simply worship. Our works our gratitude.
I hope this makes you see faithfulness differently, and maybe you finally exhale, but the only reason we even are faithful to Him, is because of His faithfulness first.
