How to Republish HTTP Data (web page) Over MQTT

http://www.steves-internet-guide.com/... In this video tutorial I am going to demonstrate a python script that reads a webpage process the information and republishes changed data over MQTT.
We will use flight arrival information from an airport. This information is normally viewed in a web page and the page needs to be regularly refreshed to view and changes.
Each refresh will transmit the entire web page regardless of any changes.
The script demonstrates the network and server traffic reduction that can be achieved using MQTT
