I watched a few videos but I found it easier to use a slim Jack to adjust the wheel. After a few tries I got this process down simple. So I raise and lower this bike as often as I want. Sometimes I ride track, and other times street. So taking 30 minutes to set up your bike for what you want is really a no brainer. Lowering the Himalayan makes the ergonomics feel laid back with taller bars, a scrambler look and chill sitting position. Great for street or cruising on a flat road. $50 for a decent set of links and you can set up your bike how you want. If you don't like it, just put them back.
