Exactly two weeks ago, we launched a report that detailed why Ethiopia is not peaceful. We did this with Atrocities Watch Africa and Africans for the Horn of Africa.
The report scrutinized a peace deal that Ethiopia’s government entered with Tigray People’s Liberation Front to end a two-year civil war.
According to our findings, the agreement is riddled with significant gaps that pose a threat to Ethiopia's peace and stability.
In response to the report, experts from various African countries provided their insightful opinions in this video on how to strengthen the agreement and ensure its effectiveness.
