I made another two toned small tray. This time, I opted for a long and thin one, with angled walls. I used two types of ash wood: standard and thermally treated.
The finish is food grade oil.
Intro
Preparing the thin veneer strips for the lamination
Cutting the wave pattern on the CNC router
Gluing all the pieces together
Carving the beveled inside of the tray with the CNC router
Cutting the outer walls to the corresponding angle
Sanding and applying the oil finish
Presenting the finished tray
