Ingredients:
1 smoked Turkey leg
1 onion roughly chopped
4-6 carrots peeled and sliced (add half at the beginning and the rest during the last 20 minutes or so of cooking)
8 cups water (or chicken stock)
Chicken bullion (enough to make 8 cups of stock, omit if using chicken stock)
1/2 cup sofrito
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 - 2 teaspoons black pepper
2 cups fresh broccoli
1/2 cup parm cheese
10.oz cream of celery
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 - 1 1/2 cups warm water
