-I did horrible on my pre-op liquids. Just needed to confess. My sx is the 27th
-Do you count calories or macros? If not how do you keep track of protein?
-How long before you didn't have to do the "vsg chew" I'm so over it

-I'm craving too many sweets, I can't control myself. What would you recommend?
