I vary between one-finger, whole hand, and alternating both hand scratches to really hit the spot of your brain itch. This hypnotic intense mic massage with the unusual sprinkled stress toy is perfect to put on in the background for sleep, studying, relaxing, gaming, and reading. The sleepy fabric stuffed sweet scratching the mic simulates a deep intense scalp, brain, and head massage. There is NO TALKING. These nails are extra sharp and pointy to really get in there.
