i got rejected from my dream internship

i found out earlier this week that i did not get my dream internship position. it's okay. i've had many experiences with my dreams being crushed, and this is no difference. i am trying to remind myself that rejection is protection and rejection is redirection in more ways than a career. for example, my failed situationship if you have been keeping up on my lore. i am trying to find joy in life without pursuing ambitious careers because it is the little things that keep me going, and that keep me resilient. i need these moments of quiet, joy, creation, and spark to pull myself up again to go after the next dream. this is not the end, and i'll try again. maybe i'll find something even better.
