The POV of this is simple: Judas betrayed Jesus, and what the artist was doing was comparing an ex-flame she still loves and wants to be with to Judas with Jesus. More or less the storyline is Dean is in love with Sam, wants to be with Sam, but Sam betrayed him throughout seasons 3 & 4 with messing with Ruby and the demon blood after telling Sam to not, Dean felt betrayed. He wants to love Sam, but the fact he's betrayed him more than once and what he's doing with the demon blood is pulling him away from Sam. "Jesus is my virtue, and Judas is the demon I cling to" can be looked at however, I was going for Jesus is always the good and better good--always better and I had Castiel to portray that since he's an Angel of the Lord. Now, of course Sam would be considered the demon with his tactics and actions he's been doing, but Dean loves him and he clings to him. At the end I made it look like Dean chose to be with Sam rather someone better and to people's eyes he betrayed them all for choosing "Judas" and they killed him, that's why at the end you see him in hell.
