Mind Numbing Fan Sound Guaranteed to Help You Sleep

Hello again sleep enthusiasts! Here is my most recent nocturnal sounds creation. For this video I place a floor tom drum, direct on top of a box fan. I then placed a microphone about 5mm above the top of the drum head. The drum itself acts like a sonic tunnel, channeling the vibrations of the fan upwards toward the microphone. As it does it, it adds some echoing reverb to the fan sound, a chamber effect if you will. This video is the result of a drummer commenting on the channel, saying he loves to sleep with a fan touching his drums for the sound!

In each of my sleep videos you'll notice a constant theme of an amplified lower end sonic appeal. This maximizes the depth of each sound, while minimizing sounds considered to be antithetical to relaxation. To create these relaxing sleep masterpieces I use a variety of equipment such as a Nikon D7500, a Tascam DR 100, and other unique sleep components indicative to this channel.
