Lake District Hiking, Biking, Vanlife - Settling into a retirement rhythm

What an epic stint in the lakes, 12 days, 3 parkups, 32 Wainwrights, 50 Birketts. lots of miles and elevation too. Weather wasnt great at the start, but overall there were some very special day and immense views out on the high fells.

I'm living off my solar power, off-the-grid, wonderful wild off grid, even wonderful wild off grid living , living off the grid with my awesome lithium batteries, LiFePO4 is the safest chemistry so that's what I'm using , and what I advise you to use for your electric batteries, on your RV, RVs, motorhome, campervan, or cabin. Rack up those solar panels , be that you live in a forest, or fell then lithium iron phosphate batteries can help you power your life renewably. We should all try to use less, consume less and use renewable energy. In winter I use my wood burning stove and its oven to reduce the power requirements. All hail the lithium iron phosphate batteries. Environmentally friendly low impact living, use fewer resources. I've always got my van in the countryside, I'm not a vancity type guy, nature is my thing. This might not be a vanlife conversions type build, but the fitout is more and more custom each year as more technology gets added. This is the dawn of vanlife, in the sunset of my years; join me on these vanlife sagas while wilderness living.
