ATV Ride To James Lake Leads To Epic Campsite!

Join Mud Sweat and Gears as we explore a wild and rugged trail that takes us deep into Northern Ontario’s backcountry, straight to the edge of James Lake and one of the most epic campsites we’ve ever found. Riding the CFMoto CForce 1000, with my son the Deeganator on the back, we battle swampy trails, rocky terrain, and thick bush to reach an incredible island style rock point where Deegan throws out a few casts.

We kick things off near Rib Lake Road South, cross Highway 11, and tackle an unnamed trail past Granite Lake, navigating through mud and water until James Lake reveals it's hidden gem. We wrap it up with a scenic stop at the Rib Lake boat launch before ending back at the truck.
