Dr. Gabriel E. Pérez is a research scientist working on a project called FutureCat which is using the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source to investigate the atomic structure of materials that could be used in next generation batteries.
Gabriel shows around the target stations that he is using in this project POLARIS and EMU, these target stations harness the neutrons and muons from the beamline for use in experiements.
