In this video, I will show you how to wind the field coil of a mixer grinder motor. This is a 3-speed motor with 8 wires in the field coil. I will also show you the connection diagram for the field coil.

The tools and materials you will need for this project are:

A mixer grinder motor
A winding machine
A wire stripper
A soldering iron
Solder
Electrical tape
Here are the steps involved in winding the field coil:

Remove the field coil from the motor.
Strip the insulation off the ends of the wires.
Wind the wires around the field coil former.
Solder the ends of the wires together.
Connect the field coil to the motor according to the connection diagram.
Once the field coil is wound, you can reassemble the motor and test it.

Here are some additional tips for winding the field coil:

Make sure that the wires are evenly spaced around the field coil former.
Do not overwind the wires, as this can cause the motor to overheat.
