Hello and warm greetings to all!

Most of the world recently saw Céline Dion's performance during the opening ceremonies of the Olympics in Paris. It certainly flooded our feeds the next day. Of course, what else would you expect from such a vocal powerhouse, not to mention her working through health struggles to pull off something so epic. But the other reason why it captivated so many is because of the song—Édith Piaf's "Hymne à l'amour" (hymn to love). The song itself is so powerful, so moving. Even if you don't understand the lyrics, it has that power. And if you do understand them (we encourage you to look up a translation if you need), it hits even harder. And when you've heard Piaf's original performance, it sticks with you—her characteristic tone, vibrato and delivery—even while listening to other performers give it a go. Adding all these elements together explains the world's reaction.

If you've seen one of our live performances, you'll know that "Hymne à l'amour" is one of our favorites and often a showstopping moment in our set. This song means a lot to us, and it is the one that most concert guests ask us to purchase after our show. Sadly, it hasn't been available on any of our albums...yet. But when the Olympics performance happened, we decided we couldn't hold out any longer.
