येसरी बनाउनुहोस Chicken Soup म:म सारै मीठो हुन्छ -
Direction and ingredients:
2 cups water
1 Chicken with bone
1 tsp salt
Add 2 bay leaves
1 medium sized Cinnamon stick
1 star anise
3 cardamoms
8-10 cloves
½ tsp Sichuan pepper (timur)
1 medium sized onion
Ginger sliced
5 garlic cloves
Spring onion
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp black pepper powder
Cover and cook for 30 minutes (gas flame should be low)
Add cilantro
