Pretty happy with this one, jerks are absolute misery and there just isn't any comfortable place to find any "relaxation" or rest. I'm also totally underfueled and completely fasted for this workout, so I mostly focused on quality of reps moreso than pure speed or pace since the "turbo" just wasn't really there. So, miserable workout, insane burn on the quads and shoulders, mostly just glad I didn't put the bells down during any of the sets. Cleans with 24s at the end felt heavy but smooth and relaxed, happy with those technically.
