Having found some unused footage of Class 67's on the Chiltern sets from 2014, I decided to put together a small video showing off all what I have.
Footage from 2013 & 2014 shows how the sets were, with hired in DB Schenker Class 67's used to power the sets. All the MK3 sets, bar the 'Banbury' set, had been modified with power operated doors and toilet retention tanks by this point. Fast forward to 2017 and the DRS Class 68's are very much in charge. The 'Banbury' set by this point had been repainted out of Blue & Grey and into full Chiltern colours, and was mainly used on a out & back service from Bicester North to London Marylebone in the morning & evening peaks. It would only run to Banbury on Fridays only.
